A complete range of colour co-ordinated vinyl accessories to ensure a perfect finish.

The Extruda range of vinyl accessories has been developed to ensure that a complete system is offered. The Extruda profiles are thus available either ex-stock or on a made-to-order basis, in 8 specially selected standard colours. These colours have been selected to enable the customer the widest possible choice in that the colours are co-ordinated with the major flooring products which FloorworX manufactures and distributes.

Installation

In all cases, except for Handrail, FloorworX No. 71 contact adhesive should be used. It should be spread evenly and quickly with a brush onto both material and working surface. Allow both surfaces to become touch dry – it takes approximately 15 minutes. Place material carefully into position at one end, then work gradually along its length. When completely positioned, apply firm pressure along the whole length to ensure perfect contact between the two adhesive surfaces.

Handrail

Handrail is specially designed to combine decorative appeal with functionality. The wide variety of angles, bends and wreaths that can be achieved, allow architectural scope in the design and finish of staircases and landings. Standard rails are manufactured from a tough, gloss finished flexible vinyl that is easily installed and maintained.

Stair Nosing

Stair Nosing is designed to provide a neat and effective non-slip tread to any step surface. It may be used by itself or in conjunction with any resilient floor finish suitable for stairs.

Edging strip provides a neat and safe bevelled egde in doorways or wherever a difference in surface levels occur.

Taper End

The product is an injection moulding and is only available in black. It is intended to be used in conjunction with Cove Fillet at doorways to hide the gap that is often visible at that junction.

Capping Strip

A Capping Strip to give a neat finish at the end of vinyl wall cladding or where flexible wall sheeting has been turned up the wall or over MCF54/35/22 fillet to form skirting or cladding. Packed in 30m rolls.
