INTRAD PVC WALL PROTECTION BUMPER RAIL – (Bracket mounting – flush to the wall)

Supply and fix extruded Intrad Wall Protection PVC Trolley Rail 200mm x 29mm x 3m secured flush to the wall, mounted on brackets, plugged and screwed at 400mm centres at a predetermined height, including all injection moulded stop ends, joining blocks and internal/external corners.  All moulded sections to be measured separately.

Supply and fix extruded Intrad Wall Protection PVC Trolley Rail 200mm x 29mm x 3m, secured flush to the wall, mounted on timber plank (preferably of Superwood HDF quality), plugged and screwed at 400mm centres at a predetermined height, including all injection moulded stop ends, and internal/external corners.  All moulded sections to be measured separately.

INTRAD PVC WALL PROTECTION BUMPER / HANDRAIL – (Continuous plank mounting – proud of the wall)

Supply and fix extruded Intrad Wall Protection PVC Trolley Rail 200mm x 29mm x 3m, mounted on timber plank (preferably of Superwood HDF quality) including evenly spacer blocks of predetermined thickness, plugged and screwed at a predetermined height, including all injection moulded stop ends, and internal/external corners.  All moulded sections to be measured separately.

INTRAD PVC CORNER PROTECTION

Supply and fix rigid 90°PVC Intrad Corner Protection 70mm x 70mm x 2.2mm thick x 1.2m long, to plastered corners using FloorworX No. 71 contact adhesive, applied with a clean brush, at the rate of approximately 3.5m² per litre per single application, including all cutting and waste.

Protection of a wall by the installation of Intrad virtually eliminates the costly and time consuming procedure of regular maintenance. It is common for unprotected walls in vulnerable areas to require replastering and repainting several times a year. All Intrad requires is a periodical wipe with a damp cloth.
