FloorworX Floor Guard is a water-based acrylic sealer specially designed to restore the gloss on worn vinyl tiles and other synthetic flooring. The good adhesion properties of FloorworX Floor Guard together with the built-in plasticizers make the product suitable as a colourless sealer for virtually any type of substrate. FloorworX Floor Guard is not removable; is extremely hard and durable, and will not discolour with age.

Product
Application

Before applying FloorworX Floor Guard, ensure that the floor has been thoroughly cleaned and is dry, free of dirt, detergents, chemical residues and remnants of old coatings. Apply a thin even coating of undiluted FloorworX Floor Guard, using a suitable applicator. Allow sufficient drying time with good ventilation before trafficking or the application of an additional coat. The additional coat should be applied at right angles to the previous coat. A fresh floor may need 3 applications.
