Colorflor Plus PUR

Colorflor Plus PUR collection consists of 18 subtle patterns in a refreshing, popular range. Colorflor Plus PUR is equipped with a PUR surface treatment for protection and easier initial maintenance. This coating also provides a better base for future maintenance procedures. Product is available in both 2mm and 2.5mm thickness (2mm is available in tiles and sheeting and 2.5mm in sheeting only).

Installation

Colorflor Plus PUR must be installed in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Sub-floors must be smooth, hard, clean, and dry before laying commences. Uneven, solid or suspended timber floors may need preparation to meet the required standard. In case of direct to earth concrete, a damp proof membrane must be incorporated into the sub-floor. Colorflor Plus PUR sheeting and tiles must be allowed to relax for 24 hours in a uniform room temperature between 18°C and 27°C prior to installation. The recommended adhesive for Colorflor Plus PUR sheeting is FloorworX No. 62 Plus acrylic adhesive. Colorflor Plus PUR sheeting must be hot seam welded using FloorworX welding rod. All sub-floors must be tested for moisture content prior to installation.

STANDARD STORAGE PRACTICE

If an installation is large and material has to be stored on site, the following precautions should be taken:

Storage area must be secure and away from other trades
Storage area should be clean, dry and environmentally stable (18 ºC – 23ºC)
Sheeting rolls should stand upright
No heavy material should be placed on top of rolls or stacked boxes
