Creating a Sub Floor Over an Old Cavity

An old house, about 90 years old with a solid pine wood cover over a cavity floor needed required a new sub floor. In the video below, the lounge and entrance hall are fitted with engineered floorboards, as well a removal of old boards and complete reconstruction of crawl space.
